Liability & Photo Waiver
WAIVER By registering for this event: I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and
hold harmless the Tibbetts All Ability Park Foundation from all cost, expense and liability arising from my or my child’s participation in this event to benefit the Tibbetts All Ability Park Foundation. I do hereby waive all claims for damage or loss to my or my child’s person or property which may be caused by any act or failure to act by the Tibbetts All Ability Park Foundation, its officers, agents, or employees arising directly or indirectly from my or my child’s participation in this event. I hereby assume liability for any loss, damage, or other liability from such event. Participants under the age of 18 must have this form signed by a parent or legal guardian. I give permission to the Tibbetts All Ability Park Foundation to use any pictures, written or spoken material, video footage, etc. that is taken at the 2K Run-Walk-Roll or in reference to the 2K Run-Walk-Roll
event to use in future promotional materials.
